Doctor Scott Naftulin D.O. has been a partner at Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates (NERA) since 1998.
Dr. Naftulin is a musculoskeletal specialist focusing on the evaluation and treatment of disabling musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions. Dr. Naftulin’s experience is reflected in his extensive achievements associated with academic, post-doctoral training, board certifications and professional organizations.

Dr. Zhang joined Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates in August 2022.
Dr. Zhang is a musculoskeletal and spine specialist focusing on the evaluation and treatment of disabling musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions. He is subspecialty fellowship trained and has a particular interest in image guided, minimally invasive spine procedures, and electrodiagnostic evaluation. He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and board certified in Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
